Hi, I’m Laurie Ledbetter — a registered nurse with 8 years of experience and a heart for patient-centered care.

Throughout my years in the healthcare field, I’ve had the honor of serving in geriatrics, long-term care, memory care, and mental health. My journey includes 5 years working closely with seniors and 3 years in mental health, where I gained a deep understanding of both physical and emotional well-being.

But somewhere along the way, I realized something needed to change.

The medical system has become overwhelmed with paperwork, policies, and procedures that often keep nurses too busy to truly connect with the people they’re caring for. There’s so much focus on liability and corporate profit that the human side of healing often gets pushed aside. I became a nurse because I care about people — not paperwork — and I believe patients deserve more than just checkboxes and red tape.

That’s why I started this private nursing service.

My goal is to bring care back to its roots — compassionate, personalized, and focused on the person, not the process.
